It can definitely be a little confusing with all the different options that you can generate! 😅 

The crossword layout map is shown in your order confirmation email to assist you in setting it up once it’s been delivered. We fulfill the order based on the layout chosen, which means the shared letters cannot be changed. If you need the layout map resent to your email, please email us at [email protected].

The tiles need to be set up exactly as shown in the image. If you lay the tiles out as shown and are still missing letters, please take a picture and send it to i[email protected] so we can assist further.

Alternatively, if you’d like to change the layout or order additional letters for the ability to change the layout in the future, you can order single tiles on our website here.
