We can easily exchange your new and unused order within 30 days of delivery. We do not offer exchanges for single tiles. Please indicate the reason for the exchange in an email to [email protected] with your original order number and we'll send you instructions on how to proceed.

Shipping charges for the original and exchanged products delivered to you will not be refunded. Please see our Return Policy for qualifications for a full refund of the purchase price of the original order.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
